5. A statement demonstrating your genuine belief that the usage of the material in the mentioned manner lacks authorization from the copyright owner, agent, or law.
6. An assertion that the information provided in your notification is accurate, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, we will take appropriate measures to eliminate the infringing material from our platform, deactivate access to it, and inform the purported infringer of the allegations made against them.
